An alumnus of the University of Waterloo, Dan joined CMV in 1994. Bringing over 20 years of professional experience to the team, his work focuses on: sustainable building including green roofs, water re-use strategies, demountability, and efficient envelope design; interior design specializing in public and work spaces; and residential design specializing in low-rise stacked townhomes and mid-rise condos. Dan’s work has been recognized for excellence in areas such as urban design and suite design for Loggia Condominium, as well as sustainable and wood design for Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC) stores in Toronto and Burlington.

An alumnus of Lawrence Technological University, Ryerson University, and Centennial College, Otto joined CMV in 1999. With over 30 years of experience, his work spans a variety of uses including industrial, residential, and commercial with a focus on specialty retail, urban retail, community shopping centres, and enclosed shopping malls. Otto’s most notable projects include the Vaughan Mills expansion and renovation, Place d’Orleans shopping mall retrofit, and Michaels art store and Jack Astor’s restaurant at 5051 Yonge Street in Toronto.

An alumnus of the University of Waterloo, Heinz joined CMV in 1983. With over 30 years of professional experience, his work spans a variety of uses including urban mixed-use development, specialty retail, and seniors’ housing with a focus on independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Heinz’ work has been recognized for excellence in many areas of design such as: sustainable building for Mountain Equipment Co-op (MEC) on Toronto’s King Street; urban design for Oakville’s Town Square; and wood design for Weider Lodge at Blue Mountain.

An alumnus of Carleton University, Craig has been with CMV since 1987. He brings over 30 years of professional experience to his work, specializing in residential, seniors lifestyle, and hospitality design. He has led the team on multiple projects at the Village at Blue Mountain including the award?winning Weider Lodge, Conference Centre, and The Westin Trillium House.

A graduate of the University of Tehran, Iran, Ahmad joined our team in 2010 and became an Associate in 2017. His expertise in retail development has contributed to a range of commercial projects including the food court at Vaughan Mills, The Shops of Oakville South, and the food court and renovation at Place d’Orleans in Ottawa.

A graduate of Ryerson University, Luigi joined our team in 1999. His experience spans a range of development types including resort hospitality projects, multi-family residences, and seniors’ lifestyle residences. He is also our resident tech expert and brings his comprehensive knowledge of Building Information Modeling to the team.
